I want to buy a condo in a new development and treasury. I understand that the lenders require title insurance, but is not a problem. I understand that there is an insurance for peace of mind to protect investments, but do not understand what you are buying a risk, especially because the other owners, the 110 new condos in the building probably a title insurance companies, the requirement of your lenders. I do not know anything about the new building, but my sister bought a house for the money and title insurance is not .... My lawyer did not advise me, but I know she had no lien on the ..... When we re-sale, the buyer has title insurance, since they receive a loan and he was released .... own, but I knew that my sister and I know he has a perfect credit! I agree with the person who says I do not know if the developer can not pay all the other contractors, they go back and put a link .... I would recommend this property ... .. buying insurance, have not you know who do you .... It seems logical ...

Everyone knows that you or should not buy title insurance to protect against possible property problems, it is what one of the title insurance companies say about what is done in preparation for the title insurance. Read it and you can then decide what you think best.

Since this is a new building if the developers lawyer casinos in the legal description of your home, you may as part of their rights. Contact a local real estate agent and discuss some options that you in your area. Good Luck
